Address and Phone Book in Vouch presents a unique
dimension. This database can be correlated to any other database having
address, etc., information. The relevant info in the address book can be
called when creating a customer or vendor or agent or a party’s account
is being opened in the general ledger. |

A utility to manage ‘Due Date’ is included with the
standard package of Vouch. It is parameterized utility wherein user enter
the futuristic due dates and description thereto and tells Vouch to whom
due date is to be reported, from when to report and when to cease
reporting. And when user starts Vouch, all the due date alarms falling
under that day are listed with description automatically. Very useful to
assign certain duties to someone who does not forget anyway. |

Internal Mailing system is another good feature of
Vouch. User can send, forward, read, delete and print messages. At startup
of Vouch or at entry point in any module, Vouch checks for the mail for
that user and if found one flashes a message to this effect. Considerable
time can be saved if network is fairly wide spread. Because these messages
are saved until deleted, can be used in a variety of ways. |

A module to control repairs and replacements of objects
is provided as a standard offer. Under this module user can backtrack
which objects have gone out of the organization and which have been
received back. Pending object list can be obtained. |

Vouch offers a unique feature ‘Alarms’. Alarms are
unique in the sense that these can be defined for any table in the system
and can be assigned to any group or user. It is a conditional alarm.
Whenever a user is logged, Alarms assigned to that user are tested. If
found true, all facts defined are presented as a browser. This behavior
can be suppressed for the startup. One can always request Vouch to check
the alarms. A unique example for this can be ‘Show the Inventory Items
which are less than Minimum Level’. |

In Vouch Data backup is enforced after 24 hours of
operations. Vouch refuses to work if backup is not taken once in 24 hours.
This utility is made compulsory because of the fact that users sometimes
ignore the importance of backup. Backup and Restore utilities are built in
Vouch. PkZip.exe and PkUnzip.exe is required for these two operations. |

Vouch has attached graphic representation of data in
certain modules. But Vouch is also equipped with an object to define your
own graphs. Whenever a graphic display is requested, both options are made
selectable to user
- User defined Graphs
- Vouch Defined.

 |
One option is triggered if other is not defined. Only
bar charts are available at the moment. In future releases pie-charts,
line-charts and stock-charts are planned. Beside module level graphic
feature, browse level graphs can also be designed and executed. Browser
level graphs can not be saved, can be defined and executed on the fly. |

Vouch allows to change the Primary Key Protocol. For
different tables it is different. For master information Vouch has kept it
at manual level. For transactions, it is serialized numbering. But user
can by-pass it. There are 7 protocols available to designate to a primary
key. |
