Vouch Program Repository
This a application hosted database to store procedures and functions callable either at their own or through other Vouch objects, such as, modules, fields, browsers, reports, documents, etc. One record constitutes one program or function or procedure.

Organization specific destination will allow programs available to the current organization where you are working. Other organizations opened and/or years closed in the same application will not be allowed to use programs store under this repository.
Common Platform is a destination which can be used by all the organizations active under Vouch and/or financial years closed previously. Commonly shared programs can be stored hereunder.
Vouch specific destination is where CAC has kept sample programs and some samples of reports which are embedded in Vouch.exe and are executable from various reporting outlets. The main purpose of this destination is demonstration and coaching. You must never attempt to write any program in this repository because whenever you will install a new version, it will be overwritten.
Generic destination is usable by any Vouch user at any other machine or system. The main purpose of this destination is export and import. You can develop a program of which can be useful to others then you can send this repository which he/she could use. Also it is shareable by all organizations and/or years of current application.
The following data entry window will open. All destinations have the same window but underlying database will be different. Identical window will open in Visual Vouch as well.

| Select Add and press Enter. |
| Enter Code ( Max 8 Characters ). This code will be referred to wherever this program will be called. No duplicate codes are allowed and Vouch never accepts. It is all uppercase and conversion is automatic. |
| Enter the short description of program. This description will be used to select a program wherever the object to which it is attached and involves selection process. |
| Vouch Program Editor will open up. Wite your program here. When finished press F8 or Ctrl+W or Ctrl+Enter. |
| A few fields will appear for further classification of current program but which are not so important to record, only for documentation purposes. Fill in the values if desired otherwise leave blank. |
| Press Save. |
The program is saved in the current repository. You can execute it right now by pressing F8 Exec. Please remember that absolute programs has the meaning to be executed from here. Programs called from within other objects with associated parameters will report run time error.
Press F9 Kill to refresh the Vouch buffer. This is necessary if you modify the program and intends to execute through F8. Buffer is always refreshed whenever Vouch is started afresh.
Press F10 Exec to import or export the current program to other repositories. Export or Import to disk based .prg can be achieved through Vouch Program Editor.
